Express Shipping & Easy Returns
We can ship to virtually any address in the UK within 3 working days and worldwide within 7 working days. Orders are sent from Coddies Leicestershire warehouse 🇬🇧.
We deliver orders globally via standard tracked shipping. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse. Orders placed before 2 PM GMT are processed on the same day. All orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday are processed on a Monday. Following Royal Mail guidelines the deadline for Christmas orders is 20th December 2pm GMT.

Here’s the 411: all of our shipping rates are subsidised to give you the best world-wide shipping price. To find out the shipping cost of your order, add everything you like to the basket and click forward to the checkout to review shipping charges. Oh and did we mention shipping is free of charge for orders over £40 in the UK. ✈
Shipping options vary upon order size and location and are listed below:
- Royal Mail 2nd Class: 2-3 working days (£3.99, FREE for orders over £40)
- Royal Mail 1st Class: 1-3 working days (£5.99)
How will I know it has been sent?
We'll send you an email with the shipping confirmation.
What if I don't like it?
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item please get in touch. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
